DEP Soliciting Extensions Of Expired Vouchers For Driving PA Forward’s Onroad Cleaner Diesel Vehicle Rebate Program

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the July 1 PA Bulletin soliciting applications to extend vouchers for Driving PA Forward Onroad Cleaner Diesel Vehicle Program projects issued in 2021-2022 to allow for the completion of those projects.  (formal notice)

The deadline to apply is July 14

This opportunity to retain funding is only available to those voucher holders with expired vouchers from the CY 2021-2022 program year (August 2021—March 2022) who are still actively working on completing their approved diesel emissions reduction project or who completed their project after voucher expiration.

Voucher renewals will cover only those vehicle replacements and associated costs, as identified in the original CY 2021-2022 Program application and award. 

No new costs, project modifications or inflation of original vehicle price quotes (from 2021—2023 levels) will be considered.
