DEP To Hold Hearing April 24 On I-80-115 C-1 Site/ Pocono Mountains Corporate Center North Waterhouse Site In Monroe County

The Department of Environmental Protection will hold a public hearing April 24 on NPDES Water Quality permit applications for the I-80-115 C-1 Site/ Pocono Mountains Corporate Center North Waterhouse Site in Tunkhannock Township, Monroe County.  (PA Bulletin page 1572-1573)

The hearing will be held at the Tunkhannock Township Fire Hall, 1539 Long Pond Road, Long Pond.

The hearing for the I-80-115 C-1 Site will be held from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.

The hearing for the Pocono Mountains Corporate Center North Waterhouse Site will be held from 7:40 to 9:10 p.m.

The Department requests that individuals wishing to testify at the hearing submit a written notice of intent to Colleen Connolly, Community Relations Coordinator at: cconnolly@pa.gov.
