DEP Invites Comments On Total Maximum Daily Load Watershed Plans In Adams, Centre, Dauphin, Union Counties

The Department of Environmental Protection published notices in the March 4 PA Bulletin  inviting comments on a proposed Total Maximum Daily Loads Water Quality Plans for--

-- South Branch Conewago Creek Watershed in Adams County.  (PA Bulletin, page 1242)

-- Upper Cedar Run Watershed in Centre County.  (PA Bulletin, page 1243)

-- Shippens Run in Dauphin County.  (PA Bulletin, page 1245)

-- Little Buffalo Creek Watershed in Union County.  (PA Bulletin, page 1242)

-- Winfield Creek Watershed in Union County.  (PA Bulletin, page 1244)

Click on watershed name for a copy of the Proposed TMDL.

The deadline for comments is April 4.  Questions and comments can be sent to Michael Morris, DEP, michamorri@pa.gov
