Help Wanted: Berks Nature - VP For Land & Conservation Programs; Welcome Receptionist & Store Associate

Berks Nature is seeking qualified candidates to fill two positions--

-- Vice President for Land & Conservation Programs to strategically plan and implement our land, water, urban greening, and conservation outreach programs. Primary responsibilities include conservation program and project management as well as grant application preparation and implementation. 

The Vice President for Land & Conservation Programs will be responsible for building and maintaining Berks Nature’s relationships with other conservation nonprofits as well as local, regional, and state governments. 

This is a paid, non-exempt, full-time position that qualifies for paid time off, participation in health insurance, and a 401K plan. Salary will be $75,000-95,000, commensurate with experience.

-- Welcome Receptionist & Store Associate. Berks Nature is seeking a cheerful, professional, and service-oriented Welcome Receptionist & Store Associate. Primary responsibilities include managing visitors and group tours, overseeing store sales and store inventory, and maintaining educational lobby displays. 

While this position functions independently, coordination with other Berks Nature staff is required. This is a full-time, hourly position with a competitive benefits package. 

This position requires a Tuesday through Saturday schedule from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.. 

Salary will range from $15/hour to $17/hour based upon experience. Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) applicants preferred but not required.
