DEP Public Notices -- Oil & Gas Industrial Facilities

The following DEP notices were published in the
October 8 PA Bulletin related to oil and gas industrial facilities.  Many of the notices offer the opportunity for public comments.

Note: Land Recycling/Brownfield cleanups include a Callon (Marcellus) LLL Yarasavage 1H well pad in Washington Twp., Wyoming County where DEP said the company lost control of a natural gas well causing a fire at the compressor unit and spilling an estimated 800 gallons of drilling wastewater.  DEP sent the company a technical deficiency letter on their final cleanup report  [DEP eFACTS facility ID 762556]

The list also includes three Risk Assessments submitted by ARG Refinery in Bradford, McKean County.
