DEP has also extended the life of the existing PAG-06 permit through November 20, 2022. (formal notice)
Major proposed changes include--
-- The Notice of Intent (NOI) fee would increase from $500, paid in annual NOI installment fees of $100 per year, to $2,500, paid in annual NOI installment fees of $500 per year.
-- New procedures are introduced to clarify the requirements for a permittee's submission of a revised Long-Term Control Plan (LTCP). New permit language is proposed to clarify public participation requirements for changes to a facility's LTCP.
-- Coverage under PAG-06 would expire on the date of the master General Permit. The Annual CSO Status Report will no longer be utilized as an NOI to renew coverage each year. In addition, an expiration date of general permit coverage will be identified on the approval of coverage page of the general permit.
