EQB Invites Comments On 2 Proposed Regulations: NPDES Water Quality Compliance Schedule; Municipal Waste Rural Transfer Facility Permit-By-Rule

The Environmental Quality Board is inviting public comments on two proposed regulations--

--  NPDES Water Quality Compliance Schedule (January 15 PA Bulletin, page 361).  Virtual hearing set for February 16.  Public comments due March 1.  See October EQB meeting for more background.

-- Municipal Waste Rural Transfer Facility Permit-By-Rule (January 15 PA Bulletin page 363).  Public comments due February 14.  See November EQB meeting for more background.
