DEP Presents First Draft Of Revised Environmental Justice Policy To Advisory Group

The Department of Environmental Protection is moving forward with revisions to its Environmental Justice Policy which is designed to incorporate meaningful community engagement in its programs.

DEP presented the first draft of the revised policy to the Environmental justice Advisory Board in August and plans to hold hearings on the revisions in early 2022.
