DEP Posts Permits Automatically Triggering Use Of Environmental Justice Public Participation Policy

On November 29, the Department of Environmental Protection announced it has posted a list of Pending Trigger Permits [6 permits] automatically required to use the agency’s Environmental Justice Public Participation Policy.

These permits are currently under review by DEP.

DEP also posted a list of Disposed Trigger Permits [2 permits] where the agency already made a decision.
