Governor’s Office Publishes Updated Agency-By-Agency Regulatory Agenda

The Governor’s Office published an updated agency-by-agency Regulatory Agenda in the August 14 PA Bulletin.

The Agenda provides notice of regulations in development, their status and contact persons for more information.

The Governor’s Office published the latest Catalog of Nonregulatory Documents in the August 7 PA Bulletin.

DEP also published an update to its Regulatory Agenda in July which provides notice of regulations in development.

DEP published its own Non-Regulatory Agenda in July which provides notice of technical guidance documents and their status so the public and affected stakeholders can have input on their development.
