The Catalog is an agency by agency list of policy statements, guidance manuals, decisions, rules and other written materials that provide compliance related information.
DEP published its own Non-Regulatory Agenda in July which provides notice of technical guidance documents and their status so the public and affected stakeholders can have input on their development.
DEP also published an update to its Regulatory Agenda in July which provides notice of regulations in development.
