DEP: Notice Of Sept. 22 Public Hearing On Proposed RACT II Air Quality Permit For Texas Eastern Pipeline Compressor Station In Cambria County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the August 14 PA Bulletin of a September 14 hearing on a proposed RACT II Air Quality Permit for a Texas Eastern Pipeline Compressor Station in Cresson Township, Cambria County (Aug. 14 PA Bulletin page 4889).

The hearing will be held at the DEP Southwest Regional Office, 400 Waterfront Drive in Pittsburgh starting at 10:00 a.m.  

To register to speak at a hearing, or to inquire if a hearing will be held, please contact Thomas Joseph at 412.442.4336. The last day to pre-register to speak at the hearing will be September 16, 2021. 

If DEP does not receive any pre-registered speakers by this date, the hearing will be cancelled.
