PA Grade Crude (Oil) Development Advisory Council Meets April 22 On Draft Conventional Drilling Rules; Update On Road-Dumping Of Drilling Wastewater Study

PA Grade Crude (Oil) Development Advisory Council is scheduled to hold a virtual meeting on April 22-- Earth Day-- on several important topics--

-- Continue review of a draft copy of DEP’s conventional oil and gas drilling regulations 

[Final regulations covering conventional oil and gas drilling were killed by the industry before they became effective through a law passed in 2016.  This is the follow-up to that action seven years later. [Read more here];

-- Update on Penn State study of road-dumping of conventional brine/ production water by Dr. Williams Burgos, Penn State. [Read more here]

-- 2020 Annual Report Of Council
