TODAY Sometime: Senate Appropriations Committee meets to consider House Bill 2293 (Quinn-R-Delaware) requires natural gas liquids pipeline operator to make emergency response plans available to PUC, PEMA and county emergency management directors in “high consequence area” (House summary).  The meeting will be called off the floor sometime after the Senate convenes at 11:00 a.m.
