Penn State's PA Technical Assistance Program is seeking qualified candidates for three Industrial Relations Coordinator Technical Adviser Positions in Erie, Lehigh and Mercer counties.
As a Technical Adviser, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
-- Building relationships with industry, project identification and implementation, reporting, student engagement and PennTAP liaison with Penn State faculty.
-- Consulting with client organizations of all sizes and types to understand organizational issues and needs and provide consultation and training services.
