On June 26, Pike County Commissioners and the Dingman Township Board of Supervisors announced they will be hosting an Electronics Waste Recycling Event on September 12 from 8:30 to 1:00 p.m. at Dingman Township Park, 679 Log Tavern Road near Milford.
Items accepted include: Computers/laptops and accessories (cables, keyboards, mice, speakers; Computer monitors and printers; Battery back-up units / chargers; Scanners, faxes, copiers; Televisions; VCRs and DVD players; Video Game consoles; Radios, stereos, speakers; Telephones & Cell phones; Microwaves.
These items will NOT be accepted: Smoke Detectors, Light bulbs or car batteries.
The cost for recycling is: $20 per car load, $40 per pick-up truck and commercial entities $100 (must pre-register).
There is NO fee for Dingman Township residents, ID required.
