The House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee is scheduled to hold a hearing July 21 on DEP’s proposed Carbon Pollution Reduction Program for Power Plants compatible with the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative.
That was one indication of how the members who run the Committee feel about this issue.
The Committee has held multiple informational meetings and hearings on climate change and the Carbon Pollution Reduction Program over the last year. The most recent hearing was on February 5.
