The Pittsburgh-based Allegheny Land Trust is seeking qualified individuals to fill two intern positions-- the Hamm Conservation Intern and a Stewardship Intern.
Hamm Conservation Intern
The individual filling this position will assist with critical stewardship, fieldwork, land management, volunteer recruitment, and restoration of Chartiers Creek and the Wingfield Pines Conservation Area.
They will also work with a variety of ALT departments, nonprofit partners, and local, state, and federal agencies to accomplish tasks for the betterment of the entire watershed.
The deadline for applications is April 15.
Stewardship Intern
This volunteer internship experience at ALT will teach you about land conservation and management, volunteer recruitment and management, non-profit business, and more.
This position will assist with critical stewardship, fieldwork, and land and volunteer resources at Trust Conservation Areas across Allegheny County.
Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
