DEP Issues Water Quality Certification For 2 Dominion Energy Pipeline Projects In Beaver, Lawrence, Westmoreland Counties

The Department of Environmental Protection published notices in the January 18 PA Bulletin announcing it has issued the final Section 401 Water Quality Certification for two Dominion Energy pipeline projects in Western Pennsylvania.  They include--

-- West Loop Pipeline Project in Beaver, Lawrence counties  (PA Bulletin, page 402)

-- JP-40 Pipeline Replacement in Westmoreland County (PA Bulletin, page 403)
