Rep. Parke Wentling (R-Mercer) has been named chair of the bipartisan, House-Senate Joint Legislative Air and Water Pollution Control and Conservation Committee.
Filling out the leadership posts are Rep. Carolyn Comitta (D-Chester) as vice-chair and Rep. Donna Bullock (D-Philadelphia) as Committee Secretary.
The responsibility of the Committee, said Tony Guerrieri, Executive Director, is to provide the General Assembly with authoritative and unbiased reports on a wide range of present and emerging issues in science, natural resources and technology.
