Registration is still open for students ages 12-22 to attend the Frontiers in Ornithology: A Symposium For Youth September 28 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., to be held at the Ashland Nature Center in Hockessin, Delaware, a program recommended by Hawk Mountain Sanctuary.
For youth ages 12-22 and their mentors, the symposium will educate on a wide array of professional topics as they relate to ornithology and conservation science, including how to pursue these areas in higher education.
Participants can look forward to presentations from a selection of keynote speakers, including ornithologist and author Scott Weidensaul, co-founder of Project Owlnet and Project SNOWstorm.
Participation is limited to the first 125 registrants, so register today!
