House Environmental Committee Meets TODAY On Proposed Air Quality Permit Fee Increase

In a late announcement, the House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee will meet TODAY to consider comments on the proposed Environmental Quality Board regulation increasing permit review fees for DEP’s Air Quality Program.
The meeting will be held in Room G-50 of the Irvis Building whenever it is called by the Speaker.  Click Here to watch the meeting live (if available).
A draft letter circulated to Committee members would urge the Independent Regulatory Review Commission to disapprove the regulation.
The House is in recess until 2:45 so the meeting will be called at some point after the House recovenes.
