The Game Commission will hold the banding event for the falcons on May 17.  Stay tuned for more details. Contact DEP’s Environmental Learning Center by sending email to: ra-eplearningcenter@pa.gov or call 717-772-1828 to learn more.
Volunteers are also needed to help with the Falcon Watch & Rescue Program at the Rachel Carson Building when the fledglings start learning how to fly.  Volunteers help the fledglings if they land in the street or other potentially dangerous places. Send an email to Kathleen Banski at kbanski@pa.gov to volunteer.
