John Arway will be the lead off keynote speaker at the Virginia, West Virginia & Virginia Tech Chapters Of The American Fisheries Society meeting on February 19 in Blacksburg, Virginia.
Arway, the retired Executive Director of the Fish and Boat Commission will do a presentation on “Fishing For Ideas - Is The North American Model Still Relevant In Today’s World?”
