Delaware County-based Natural Lands is now accepting applications for its Force Of Nature Volunteer Program training covering a variety of land management, habitat restoration, native plant gardening, event support, outreach and ambassadorship topics. The deadline for applications is November 30.
Force Of Nature volunteers receive extensive training and leadership opportunities, and commit to serving 20 hours per year.
Class of 2019 training will be held Saturdays, 1:00-5:00 pm, February 16, March 2, March 16, March 23, and April 13. Volunteers must attend at least 4 of the 5 sessions, including the first one, to graduate from the program. Graduation is April 27.
