Governor: Scott Wagner and Jeff Bartos easily won the Republican nominations for Governor and Lt. Governor: Wagner- 44.2%, Mango-36.9%, Ellsworth- 18.8%; Bartos- 46.8%, Coder- 21.7%, Vaughan- 17.6%, Luksik- 13.8% Note: There were 730,825 Republicans voting for Governor in a contested election and 740,866 Democrats in an uncontested election.
Lt. Governor: John Fetterman beat four other Democrats to win the nomination for Lt. Governor with incumbent Lt. Gov. Mike Stack coming in third. Fetterman- 37.5%, Ahmad- 23.7%, Cozzone- 18.5%, Stack- 16.5%, Sosa- 3.5%
U.S. Senate: Lou Barletta easily won the Republican U.S. Senate nomination. Barletta- 63%, Christiana- 36.9%
Congress: For Congress, no incumbents who ran, lost.
Rep. Madeleine Dean won the Democratic nomination in the 4th District.
Scanlon beat 9 other candidates (including Rep. Greg Vitali) for the Democratic nomination in the 5th District.
Republican John Joyce beat Sen. John Eichelberger for the nomination in the 13th District.
Republican Rep. Rick Saccone lost a second bid for Congress to Sen. Guy Reschenthaler in the 14th District.

State Senate: Incumbent Sen. Randy Vulakovich lost the Republican nomination to Jeremy Shaffer in the 38th District. Rep. Kristin Phillips-Hill won the Republican nomination in the 28th District. Rep. Judy Ward won the Republican in the 30th District. State House: Incumbent Representatives Dom Costa, Paul Costa and Emilio Vazquez all lost.
Special Elections House: It’s a wash. 68th District - Republican Clint Owlett (Republicans hold seat); 48th District - Republican Timothy O'Neal wins with 54.7% taking the seat from the Democrats; 178th District - Democrat Helen Tai wins with 51% taking the seat from the Republicans.
Sons Of Incumbents: Three sons of retiring members of the General Assembly won their respective nominations, including Stewart Greenleaf, Jr. in the 12th Senate District, Brandon Markosek in the 25th House District and Mike Hanna, Jr. in the 76th House District.
