President Trump Monday announced a $200 billion infrastructure plan that it hopes will generate $1.5 trillion in funding with states, local government and the private sector for improvements to roads, bridges and airports, as well as drinking water and wastewater systems, waterways, water resources, brownfields and Superfund sites, energy, rural infrastructure, public lands, veterans’ hospitals.
