The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the February 10 PA Bulletin it has issued the Air Quality Plan approval for the Renovo Energy Center, LLC 1,000 MW natural gas and ultra-low sulfur diesel-fired combined-cycle power plant in Clinton County.
