The Environmental Quality Board meets on March 21 to consider a proposed regulation to control volatile organic compound emissions from industrial cleaning solvents, aerospace manufacturing and additional RACT requirements for major sources of VOCs and nitrogen oxide.
The Board will also consider accepting a rulemaking petition to upgrade Marsh Creek, a tributary to Brandywine Creek in Chester County, to a Exceptional Value Watershed.
The meeting will be held in Room 105 of the Rachel Carson Building in Harrisburg starting at 9:00.
