The House Appropriations Committee Friday released the schedule of hearing dates on Gov. Wolf’s FY 2017-18 budget proposal. The hearings for the departments of Environmental Protection and Conservation and Natural Resources will both be on February 27. The hearings will be held in Room 140 of the Capitol Building on these dates--
