The Foundation for PA Watersheds is accepting notices of intent to file a grant application, the first step in its grant making process, until August 15, with grant applications due September 19.
Interested applicants are encouraged to read the FPW’s grant funding guidelines prior to submittal.
Applicants should be aware that there are limited funds, a defined geography, and that incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
This year the Foundation unveiled its new online Letter of Inquiry portal. FPW has taken this step of providing online services to better serve their grantees, reduce their carbon footprint, and to save their constituents time and money.
Applicants experiencing problems with the system should contact Josh Sager at Viable Industries.
The Foundation hopes to roll-out an online grant application, different from the LOI process, by the end of 2016.
Grant awards will be announced on November 8.
