The Senate and House are not in voting session today. Neither chamber has announced what its future session schedule will be. They are facing a July 11 deadline to enact a $1.25 billion+ revenue package to support the General Fund budget they passed last week. Proposals to fill the budget hole, like borrowing from the $1.4 billion State Worker's Insurance Fund or reenacting a natural gas gross receipts tax, are moving on and off, and back on the negotiating table.
