PSECU Offering Six, 4-Year $8,000 College Scholarships

The PA State Employees Credit Union is now offering PSECU members six $8,000 college scholarships that provides students with up to $2,000 per year for up to four years.  You can become a member of PSECU by December 31 and still qualify.
