Westminster College and Slippery Rock Watershed Coalition are now accepting proposals for the December 3 Student Symposium on the Environment. The deadline for submissions is November 16.
The Student Symposium on the Environment is held each December at Westminster College to highlight environmental study, research, artistic expression, and service work being done by students in the region.
Students from all disciplines, ranging from high school through graduate school, are encouraged to participate. Research posters, art work, oral presentations, and even performances are welcome.
The Symposium will be held at the McKelvey Campus Center, Witherspoon Rooms and the Mueller Theater at Westminster College from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m.
Westminster College is located in New Wilmington, Lawrence County and Slippery Rock Watershed Coalition is based in Butler County.
