The Department of Environmental Protection invites code enforcement officials, builders, contractors and designers to a March 6 training workshop in Feasterville-Trevose, Bucks County on the 2009 International Energy Conservation Code.
The workshop will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 4700 E. Street Road.
The one-day program will focus on energy code compliance for residential buildings. The cost to register is $40 and includes a training manual, breakfast and lunch. Six UCC continuing education hours will be awarded to attendees.
Registration is available online and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Walk-ins may be accepted if space and materials are available.
