www.Capitolwire.com reports this morning the Corbett Administration has also promised Shell it will pay for cleaning up the Horsehead zinc smelting site in Beaver County where the company is thinking about building an ethane cracking plant.  This is in addition to over $1.6 billion in tax breaks over 25 years.
