The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the October 3 PA Bulletin of the opportunity to comment on the draft 2015 Water Quality Assessment and Listing Methodology used to meet Sections 303(d) and 305(b) federal Clean Water Act requirements.
Comments are due November 17. A copy of the methodology will be posted and comments can be submitted to DEP via its eComment webpage.
