Protect PT Holds Nov. 11 Workshop On Living Near Shale Gas In Westmoreland County

On November 11,
Protect PT will hold a workshop on Living Near Shale Gas at the Community Environmental Education Center, 3344 Route 130, Suite B in Harrison City, Westmoreland County from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Learn how to protect yourself, your home, and your community from the dangers of oil and gas development at our Community Workshop: Living Near Shale Gas.

This workshop covers oil and gas development topics, from extraction, production, transportation, and waste. 

The workshop includes complaints & compliance, emergency preparedness, reporting observations, oil & gas waste, air & water pollution, and noise & nuisance.

The workshop is completely free of charge, and you will be given a home resource guide to take with you that summarizes the content we will go over. Free lunch will also be provided for all attendees.
