On December 17, the PA Parks and Forests Foundation, the only nonprofit whose mission is inspiring stewardship of Pennsylvania’s state parks and forests, announced the hiring of Peggy Davidson as Development Coordinator for the Camp Hill office.
Peggy brings with her 18 years of experience in nonprofit fund development for several Central PA area nonprofits. In addition, Peggy has many years of hands-on community volunteering and serving on Boards of Directors of York area organizations.
Before shifting into the fundraising field, her career was in occupational and environmental health.
“Pennsylvanians are so fortunate to have an awesome amount of parks and forest lands,” said Peggy. “I’m very enthusiastic to join this team and to do my part in raising support for our parks and forests. I can’t wait to get to know the extraordinary volunteers around PA and to visit every park! Already got my PA State Parks and State Forests Passport!”
