DEP Issues Water Quality Certification For Emsworth Locks & Dam Hydro Project

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the January 21 PA Bulletin it has issued a Section 401 Water Quality Certification for the 24-megawatt Emsworth Locks and Dam hydroelectric project in Allegheny County (page 354).
